Create a workflow

Workflows help Mavrk move work forward instead of only answering questions.

Create a workflow

  1. Open Workflows.
  2. Select Create workflow.
  3. Name the workflow after the business outcome.
  4. Add the trigger, steps, owner, and approval points.
  5. Save the workflow.
  6. Run a test with one realistic request.

Example workflow

Workflow: Booking request follow-up
Trigger: New booking enquiry
Steps:
1. Check requested date and party size.
2. Ask for missing details.
3. Confirm availability with the owner.
4. Send confirmation or alternative times.
5. Create a follow-up task if the customer does not respond.

When to add human approval

Add approval when the workflow:

  • Sends customer-facing commitments.
  • Changes bookings, pricing, refunds, or contracts.
  • Uses sensitive customer information.
  • Escalates a complaint or legal issue.
