Create a workflow
Workflows help Mavrk move work forward instead of only answering questions.
Create a workflow
- Open Workflows.
- Select Create workflow.
- Name the workflow after the business outcome.
- Add the trigger, steps, owner, and approval points.
- Save the workflow.
- Run a test with one realistic request.
Example workflow
Workflow: Booking request follow-up
Trigger: New booking enquiry
Steps:
1. Check requested date and party size.
2. Ask for missing details.
3. Confirm availability with the owner.
4. Send confirmation or alternative times.
5. Create a follow-up task if the customer does not respond.
When to add human approval
Add approval when the workflow:
- Sends customer-facing commitments.
- Changes bookings, pricing, refunds, or contracts.
- Uses sensitive customer information.
- Escalates a complaint or legal issue.
