Upload company knowledge

Knowledge gives Mavrk the context it needs to answer accurately and run workflows according to your business.

Upload a file

  1. Open Knowledge.
  2. Select Upload.
  3. Choose a useful source file, such as a PDF, document, FAQ, menu, service list, policy, or SOP.
  4. Add a clear title.
  5. Wait for processing to complete.

What to upload first

Start with the documents that affect customer answers:

  • Pricing and service descriptions.
  • FAQs and support policies.
  • Refund, cancellation, and booking rules.
  • Onboarding documents.
  • Internal operating procedures.

Test the knowledge

After upload, ask your assistant a question that should be answered from the file. If the answer is vague, upload a more specific document or split a large document into clearer sources.
