Create a department

Departments make Mavrk easier to operate because every app, workflow, specialist, and escalation has a clear owner.

Create a department

  1. Open Company.
  2. Choose Add department.
  3. Give the department a practical name, such as Support, Sales, Operations, or Customer Success.
  4. Add a short description of the work the department owns.
  5. Save the department.

What to add next

After creating the department, add:

  • A crew if the department runs multi-step work.
  • A specialist if one role can own the task.
  • Procedures for repeatable work.
  • Workflows that route requests to the department.

Example department

Department: Customer Success
Owns: onboarding, support escalations, renewal follow-up, and customer health checks.
