Create a department
Departments make Mavrk easier to operate because every app, workflow, specialist, and escalation has a clear owner.
Create a department
- Open Company.
- Choose Add department.
- Give the department a practical name, such as
Support,Sales,Operations, orCustomer Success. - Add a short description of the work the department owns.
- Save the department.
What to add next
After creating the department, add:
- A crew if the department runs multi-step work.
- A specialist if one role can own the task.
- Procedures for repeatable work.
- Workflows that route requests to the department.

Owns: onboarding, support escalations, renewal follow-up, and customer health checks.
