Security and access

Mavrk separates customer workspaces by tenant and uses authenticated access for workspace data, app management, channels, and admin pages.

Admin-only areas​

Some pages are only available to platform or tenant admins, including:

  • User management.
  • Security findings.
  • Tenant administration.
  • App and channel configuration.

Review security findings​

  1. Open Admin.
  2. Select Security.
  3. Review Inspector and Security Hub findings.
  4. Filter by severity, service, or finding title.
  5. Prioritise critical and high severity issues first.

Access hygiene​

  • Give users the minimum access they need.
  • Remove users who no longer need workspace access.
  • Keep customer data inside the correct tenant workspace.
  • Use human approval for workflows that can affect customers, money, bookings, or legal commitments.
