Set up calls

Mavrk can help teams handle customer calls from the browser and keep follow-up connected to the rest of the workspace.

Set up a calling workflow

  1. Open Calls from the workspace.
  2. Confirm the phone number assigned to your tenant.
  3. Connect browser audio.
  4. Place a test outbound call.
  5. Confirm that call history, notes, and follow-up are visible after the call.

For shared sales lines

Use a shared tenant sales line when multiple sales people should call from the same business number. The line belongs to the tenant, not to another company workspace.

What to verify

  • The browser can access microphone audio.
  • The caller ID is correct.
  • Inbound calls route to the right page or team.
  • Call history appears after the call.
  • Follow-up tasks are created when needed.
